Does the belt-drive have gears or is it single speed?

The chain-drive has 8-speed gearing, but the belt drive is single-speed for now. The torque-sensor and motor controller will still make motor-assisted uphills a breeze on the belt drive, but if you plan on riding in "bike mode" often and will need gears to get up those inclines, consider the chain drive.
