Orders placed on our site should ship within 1-3 business days (weekends excluded) and arrive within 4-5 business days. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking via your provided email address. If your tracking number fails to update with the provider, please reach out to us for a status update. We will investigate the matter to determine the location of your package. Should we discover that your order was lost in transit, we will make arrangements to send you a replacement as soon of possible.
